Ingredients: Wheat flour type 0, 12.5% raisins, chocolate drops 10.5% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter. Emulsifiers: lacitina soy, vanilla), hazelnut icing 8.5% (sugar , white of fresh eggs, hazelnuts 18% or 1.5% of the finished product, rice starch, rice flour), butter, sugar, egg yolks fresh, natural yeast, invert sugar syrup.. Crema Coffee.. Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids (vegetable source).

Advice: To taste Panettone in his ideal flavor, recommend heat for about 10 minutes in the oven at 120 °.
